Refund Policy

We aim for fair and clear refund handling for software purchases.

Last updated: March 20, 2026

1. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our authorized reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all orders and handles payments, billing, customer service inquiries, and refunds. This means Paddle processes your transaction and provides buyer support for order and refund inquiries.

2. Eligibility & Exclusions

Because our products are delivered digitally, refunds are not guaranteed once a download, activation, or access has occurred, except where required by local law.

3. Free Trials

If a free trial is offered, you must cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Trial cancellations stop future billing but do not trigger a refund for charges already processed.

4. Cooling-Off Period

We follow a 14-day discretionary refund window from the date of purchase, especially for EU/UK customers, unless local laws require otherwise. Requests submitted after 14 days may be declined.

5. The Refund Process

To request a refund, contact Paddle support directly at paddle.net or email help@paddle.com. Please include your order number and the email used for purchase. This helps resolve issues quickly and avoids chargebacks.

6. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period and do not automatically trigger a refund for unused time, unless required by law.
